The ISOC Group based in Philippines, represented by Augusta Cracovia, acquired the office complex Silesia Business Park (building. C and D) from the Skanska. Infinity Partners was the exclusive financial advisory selected by the ISOC group and by Augusta Cracovia to raise debt financing for this acquisition. The financing closing and preparation of financial documentation for this transaction has been achieved in a record-breaking fast time of 3 months, also through the involvement of law firms: Hogan Lovells, which represented the ISOC group and Dentons, which represented bank financing the transaction. Debt financing for this transaction was raised with Santader Bank Polska S.A.
