This is especially very important news, as due to the situation caused by the global COVID-19 pandemic, most financial institutions are not interested in financing the hotel industry. Thanks to refinancing, we have improved the cash flow of the project, which in these difficult times brings benefits to the owner and the tenant (by creating greater flexibility for the owner).
